After you schedule a demo for Professional, you will be contacted by our Customer Success team, that will discuss your business and vision and evaluate a potential fit with our platform.

To us, having no salespeople means less friction in terms of Customer management.
To you, it means less salesy speech and more continuity: you directly meet the person that will handle your account.

Is m19 difficult to setup? What's the onboarding process?

Autopilot

‍m19 has been designed to be easy to set up. With Autopilot, you can launch your campaigns in 10 minutes:
1. Create your account on https://autopilot.m19.com/register
2. Link your Amazon account and select the marketplace(s) you want to advertise on (this may take up to 24h)
3. Select the ASINs
4. Set up an ACoS target and Daily Budget
5. Click on "Start ad automation"

That's it. You can come back later to review your first results.

Here's what to expect next:
you will be fully autonomous and have access to Ferdi, a bot we've trained to answer all your questions with a 99% accuracy rate.
Our support team also remains available by email.

Professional

‍With Professional, you benefit from the expertise of a Customer Success Manager during an onboarding call:
1. Create your account on https://board.m19.com/register
‍2. Associate one or multiple Amazon accounts to your m19 account
3. Book an onboarding call with m19
4. Delegate Organic Data Access (optional)
5. Activate full automation for a marketplace

This marks the first day of your journey with us, and it only takes a few minutes.

Here's what to expect next:
During the first 30 days: we review your account after 2, 10, and 30 days to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you understand how m19 works.
‍After the 30th day: you will be fully autonomous, but our support remains available. We will continue monthly account reviews, answer your questions, and gather your feedback.

Will m19 manage my existing campaigns?

No. m19 creates its own campaign structure, optimized for performance. It will use all the data from your existing and past campaigns to get up to speed as fast as possible.

How long does it take for the AI to optimize my PPC ad campaigns?

This depends on the size and spending to be managed, you should expect 4 weeks on average. The algorithms learn from your historical ad campaigns on Amazon.

The m19 AI-powered PPC solution will learn faster with ASINs driving a significant number of conversions. Basically, the more conversions, the faster the learning process.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. You can find answers to most questions in our help center.

Professional and Agency clients also receive an onboarding call after registration, a dedicated rep, and monthly 1-to-1 training sessions based on your availability.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start your free trial without entering any payment information.

If you decide to continue using m19 after your trial, you'll be asked to add your billing details at that point.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel in one click, at any time.

Note that the request must be submitted at least one day before the renewal date for a monthly subscription. If no cancellation request is received in time, the subscription renews automatically for a period equivalent to the initial term.

What happens at the end of my trial — am I automatically charged?

No. At the end of your 30-day trial, your account simply pauses. Nothing is charged unless you explicitly choose to continue. We'll remind you before the trial ends so you have time to decide.

Is m19 a rule-based system?

No. m19 is a machine learning platform, not a rule-based system. There are no if/then logic, no manual rules to write or maintain. The algorithm learns from your data and adapts automatically, every day.

How does the algorithm optimize my campaigns?

The algorithm analyzes your last 90 days of data (every keyword impression, every click, every sale) and learns one precise thing: for a given keyword and product, what is the probability of a purchase, and what will its value be?

From there, it adjusts bids, keywords, and campaign structure automatically.
No generative AI, no black box.

Is my data shared with other advertisers?

No. Each client's model is trained exclusively on their own historical data. Your data is never shared with or used to benefit other advertisers, including those in the same category.

This is a deliberate architectural choice, not a technical constraint.

Does m19 work across all Amazon marketplaces?

Yes. m19 supports all major Amazon marketplaces. You can manage multiple marketplaces from a single account.
